How is my medical history stored? Is it safe?

All of your medical and personal information is stored using our encrypted servers. Our system is also HIPAA compliant.

Are your doctors licensed to practice?

es, all our doctors are licensed, highly skilled, and trained to provide virtual consults. If you are prescribed medication, the PRC license details are provided on the prescription.

How do I reschedule my booking?

If something come up, you can reschedule your booking instead of cancelling. Tap the zennya logo in the upper left corner of your screen. Select schedules, then choose the booking you wish to change. Tap the calendar icon. The system will prompt you to reschedule your booking. We will match a provider to you based on your new schedule.

Why did I receive a cancellation message saying the payment authorization failed?

You will receive receive an automated cancellation if your payment method cannot be authorized. If you receive this message, please update your payment details and rebook the service.

What is a payment authorization hold?

When you book a service with zennya, you may see a pending transaction on your statement. This is a payment authorization hold, not a charge. If you cancel, our payment system informs the bank right away to release the reserved funds. Your bank may take up to 30 days to process this request. The funds remain in your account, and you will not be charged unless we complete a service for you.

Why do you need a payment authorization hold?

The payment authorization hold ensures you have sufficient funds for your booking. Once your booking is complete, the hold is converted to a charge for the service. If the booking is cancelled, the hold is dropped and the bank releases your funds.

What is Adyen?

Adyen is a global payment platform used by reputable companies such as LinkedIn, Uber, and Loreal. We process your payment using Adyen to ensure every transaction is secure and PCI-compliant.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. We do not accept GCash at this time.

Can I use my COVID test results for travel? Can you expedite the results?

Yes. We offer expedited, 24-hour turnaround time for travelers. Our RT-PCR partner laboratory, Singapore Diagnostics, Inc. is DOH-accredited. Our customers have been able to use the results for domestic and international travel and include a QR code.

Why do I need to add a payment method first?

You will not be charged until after your booking. However, we need to ensure your payment method is working beforehand. A pre-authorization charge is issued to cover the cost of the service. The money is not debited from your account, it is simply held in reserve. If your booking is canceled, the hold is voided automatically.
